  • I have annoying and nosey neighbors, do you offer a discreet delivery service?
    Yes, we are your go-to medical provisioning center for discreet deliveries. We don’t want to put your business out there, so we will stay low key upon arrival.
  • Do you offer a home delivery service?
    Yes, we offer a home delivery service every day of the week from 9am to 7pm.
  • What do I need to order a delivery?
    All patients must be 21 years of age or older and you will need to submit your government issued ID and qualifying medical marijuana card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any expired cards unless you have proper renewal documentation.
  • Can I call the store and order a delivery over the phone?
    All curbside, in-store pick up and delivery orders must be placed online. We make it simple and easy to use! If you need help, call 313-499-1703 and we will walk you through step by step.
  • What happens after I submit my order online?
    Once we receive your order, we will prepare your order and one of our team members will contact you if there are any issues with your order. A team member will contact you to review your order, provide a total with discounts applied and give you an ETA. If you don’t receive a notification or phone call within 15 minutes of placing your order, please call the store 313-499-1703.
  • How long does it take to get my delivery?
    It can be as quick as 30 minutes or as long as 4 hours depending on business
  • I feel like I don’t live that far from the store, will you be able to deliver?
    We deliver up to 20 miles from our store.
  • Doordash lets me track my food, can I track my weed?
    Yes! Once your driver starts your order, you will receive a text message with a link so you can monitor your order start to finish!
  • I am getting a weird number, who is calling me?
    During your delivery, our driver may reach out to you if they are having a hard time find your home or apartment. Make sure you answer your phone if you get a random number calling, it will most likely be our driver!
  • What do I need when the driver rolls up?
    Patients need to have their qualifying medical card and valid government issued ID. Also, you will need to have payment ready. We accept cash and most debit cards. There is a $3.50 transaction fee for debit cards. The card must contain a chip or else we cannot accept it.
  • I’m from Ohio and cooped up at my friend’s house for a few weeks. Can I order a delivery?
    The address on the medical card and government issued card must match the delivery address. We cannot deliver to out of state patients or caregivers.
  • I am a caregiver, can I order a delivery for my patients?
    No, per the CRA we cannot deliver to caregivers.
  • What if I place the order and my wife is home when the driver arrives and I am not?
    The person who places the order and submits the valid docs needs to be home at the time of the delivery.
  • Why does your debit reader charge me $3.50 and why does the driver always offer to give me change?
    The company we use for our cashless ATM only allows transactions in $5 increments. If your order total is $106, we will charge $110 and return $4 to you. Also, the same company adds a $3.50 convenience fee to every debit transaction.
